Specialist expertise across rope access, blade repair, inspection and preventative maintenance.

What we offer

We provide end-to-end excellence in wind turbine operations and maintenance, employing the full scope of our technical expertise to protect performance, extend asset life and keep turbines operating safely and efficiently.

Working at height

Rope access | blade platform | MEWPs

Rope access and working at height are central to our operations, forming the foundation of many of the projects we deliver. Every member of our team is IRATA certified and brings a strong rope access background, enabling safe and effective access to any area on a wind installation.

Whether working on blades, tower structures or challenging internal spaces, our technicians are trained to plan, access and execute repairs using the most appropriate method for each task. This flexible, safety-led approach ensures reliable outcomes, regardless of project complexity.

While rope access remains a core capability, we also utilise alternative access solutions, such as blade access platforms and Mobile Elevating Work Platforms (MEWPs).

Blade platforms have transformed blade maintenance across the industry, enabling complex repairs to be carried out in protected working environments. This reduces the impact of adverse weather conditions, maximising safety, efficiency and our ability to work in all seasons.

Blade repair

⟶ Wear and tear

⟶ Leading edge protection

⟶ Structural Cracks

⟶ Lightning Damage

⟶ Upgrades

Blade and tower maintenance is fundamental to the longevity and performance of wind turbines, and restoring even the most severely damaged external components to full-service is our specialty.

With decades of combined experience, our team of multi-platform certified technicians assess and repair complex damages efficiently and effectively.

Leading edge protection

Leading edge erosion significantly impacts wind turbine functionality, which is why our team of technicians are experts in managing it.

With extensive hands-on experience, we deliver state-of-the-art leading-edge protection solutions, including the application of shells, tapes and liquid coatings

Inspection

Drones | Telephoto cameras | Rope access

Through continued investment in state-of-the-art equipment and targeted technician training, our team has built an industry-leading inspection capability.

Routine inspections are fundamental to our proactive maintenance approach, providing a clear and accurate picture of wind turbine health that allows us to identify issues before they develop.

Using Matrice 350 RTK drones, rope access techniques and ground-based cameras, we capture high-quality data and produce detailed reports highlighting all blade and tower defects.

Following assessment, our technicians provide clear remedial recommendations, which they are fully trained to plan and execute in a complete maintenance solution.

Servicing and maintenance

Our rigorous approach to annual maintenance and routine servicing enhances operational efficiency, extends turbine lifespan and supports the long-term generation of sustainable energy.

Our expert technicians are experienced in servicing a wide range of turbine types which we regularly maintain as part of ongoing client contracts.

When specialised maintenance requirements arise, our team is fully equipped to respond. We have a proven track record, having successfully delivered numerous servicing campaigns, mechanical repairs, and component replacements across wind turbine systems.

Upgrades and retrofit

Enhancing turbine performance and mitigating potential points of failure often requires component upgrades or retrofits.

This can include installing vortex generators, implementing advanced Leading Edge Protection systems, upgrading mechanical components, or enhancing capacity via control systems.

Our experienced team delivers these upgrades efficiently, improving turbine reliability, safety and lifespan while aligning assets with the latest technological developments in the renewable energy sector. By optimising functionality, we help maximise energy output, minimise downtime and ensure long-term operational efficiency.
